Submissions now open for the "Free Crowns" Showcase

6/3/26 - 7/3/26 at Back to Naturel Hair Salon

The "Free Crowns" showcase is centered around celebrating Natural hair, hair styles and the beauty of African American hair.

The showcase will conclude with a celebration on Crown day (7/3/26).

Canvas works can be any medium including mixed media up to 36" x 36".

This will be a 1-month showcase of works with a limited number of Artists. 

This opportunity will offer public access to the works, exposure to an interested community, an opening reception, Artist talk and a closing reception. Promotions and marketing will be offered via the Cultured Concepts and Back to Natural platforms and networks.

There is a small monthly fee ($40) and a commission rate of 15% for sold works.

This opportunity is an effort to provide Artists the ability to showcase their works in a public setting for a longer period of time, to be exposed to a wider audience and to gain new collectors.
